A live look inside our new building.
Approximately 900 square meters of production space for welding work will be constructed this year on Zeppelinstraße, right next to the current Plant 2. On a 45 m x 21 m area, three new jobs will be created in addition to the existing five positions.
In addition to the individual welding stations—two of which will be equipped with new laser welding technology—a cutting laser with a working area of 4 x 2 meters will also be newly installed in the hall.
The LVD metalworking machines (press brake and guillotine shear) and the double miter saw will be moved from the current production hall.
The planned expansion will create more space for the production of all types of structures. At the same time, we will also reorganize the production processes for the manufacture of illuminated letters, particularly large fabric-covered letters, as the facility is equipped with a gantry crane with a lifting height of 5 meters.
